Please search through our range of villas and apartments to find the perfect holiday home for you. When you find a property that you like please contact us for availability and confirmation of rates and any questions or requests you may have. If you cannot find the villa or apartment you are looking for, please contact us with your requirements as we have an excellent network of contacts in Phuket and will be happy to look for a property to suit your needs.
We will endeavor to respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible.

Our villas and apartments are individually owned, all are fully furnished and equipped to ensure that you have an enjoyable holiday. Each villa and apartment contains air conditioning, TV and Internet access. Properties are also equipped with bed linens, towels, hair dryers and standard guest supplies. Some villas and apartments have varying facilities and basic guest services; we will provide a full description where possible on our listings and will also advise full details upon your enquiry. Most villas include the following:

 - Welcome drinks and cold towels provided to guests when checking in at the villa.
Toiletries provided daily (shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper).
Bathroom towels and pool or beach towels are also provided.
Full time staff - villa manager, private chef, maids and villa concierge at your service during your stay.
The chef will shop for groceries and prepare your meals. Please note there is a 20% charge on items purchased and meals are served family style rather than "à la carte".

Yes we do.  If you require this then may we suggest you please contact us with details of your requirements for your booking and how many adults and children will be in the booking group.  We will then check all possibilities to advise you on.

Check-in and check-out times do vary with properties.  The standard check-in time is 3.00pm with check-out at 12.00 noon.  However, timings will be clarified and confirmed prior to any bookings.

A 50% deposit payment is due initially when you decide to book the property.  This deposit will reserve the property for you until the final payment is due; in most cases 30-60 days prior to your arrival. Terms and Conditions for individual properties will be clarified during your enquiry process.  Payment is required via bank transfer nett of any bank charges.

The cancellation policy may vary for properties as villas and apartments are individually owned.  We will provide details where possible on our listings and clarify in our Terms and Conditions to you.  If you have any questions at all regarding cancellation, please do not hesitate to ask.

We appreciate that accidents can, and do, happen and all property owners require a security deposit against breakages and damages.  This deposit covers any accidental or unintentional damage; otherwise the deposit will be refunded to you upon your check out.  Details of the security deposit will be detailed in the listings and clarified during your booking process.

Each villa and apartment has a maximum occupancy for guests and details are provided on the listings. Please let us know how many people the booking is for (number of adults and children) and if any extra beds or baby cots are required.  If you have any questions regarding occupancy please do not hesitate to contact us.

When you book a villa or apartment you will receive confirmation via email.  We will also contact you with regards to final payment and request your travel arrival details.  You may contact us at any time via email or by telephone (Thailand time, GMT +7) should you have any questions at all regarding your booking.  We will be contactable throughout your booking process and during your holiday in Phuket.

YES! You've invested a lot of money, time and aspirations into your upcoming holiday.  Travel insurance serves to protect that investment from cancellation, delay, loss, theft or disruption due to medical emergencies (on holiday or back at home).
